explanation

packaged integrated circuit: Electric circuit under a plastic or ceramic
casing; it has pins for connecting it to the
circuit board.


plastic film capacitor: commonly used component with tow conductive
plates (aluminum,tin)
separated by an insulator (plastic) ,it`s stores electronic charge.


ceramic capacitor: component with two conductive plates (silver,copper)
separated by an insulator
(ceramic), it stores weak electric charge.


electrolytic capacitors: polarized component with tow conductive
components (aluminum,tantalum) separated by an insulator (electrolyte),
they store strong electric charge.


resistors: Electronic component that regulates
the amount of current flowing in a circuit.


printed circuit: all of the conductive metal bands on an
insulated base (card), which connect a circuit`s components
and allow a current to allow to flow through it .

integrated circuit: Miniature electronic circuit mad up of a large
number of component (such as transistors and capacitors);
it is created on a semiconducting wafer usually made of silicon.


lid: cover that protects integrated circuit in it`s package.


wire: conductive element that connects the circuit components
to a connection pin.


connection pin: Metal part that connects the integrated circuit
package with the metal bands of the printed circuit to which it is soldered .


dual-in-line package: Most common type of package currently
is use for integrated circuits ; it usually has between eight and 48 pins ,
which are evenly distributed along each side of the package .
